I loved sitting town with AJ Tracey for this episode of Changes. Today AJ is an egregiously successful multi platinum selling rapper but his career was won against all the odds.  The reality of growing up as a black, working class boy in London meant being surrounded by gangs, violence, police brutality and existing in a culture of fear.

AJ and I talked through his big changes,  from the pressure of becoming the man of the house aged twelve, the desire to protect his family,  navigating the harsh realities of The London postcode clash, moving out of home, making money for the first time and how he manages to stay grounded in the music industry.There was so much to say to the point where we have declared the need for a part two!
